POSITION OVERVIEW:

D4Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Occupational Health Administrator to support our growing list of clients to whom we provide a nationwide occupational health service. This is a varied and dynamic role which would suit you if you are looking for variety and a fast-paced role which offers the opportunity to be involved in all areas of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to at least GCSE level including at least a C in Maths and English.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service or administrator role.
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate themselves clearly and build rapport easily.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High-level of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Responding to emails, answering phone calls, reviewing and producing medical reports and maintaining accurate records and logs, ensuring appointments and reports are processed within agreed timescales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, maintaining accurate records using a CRM system and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, reviewing clinician applications and onboarding new clinicians and suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring customers receive an excellent level of customer service in every interaction, dealing with queries, and going the extra mile to ensure we win and retain customers.
  • Sales & Onboarding Support: Supporting the sales team to drive sales by supporting with new customer onboarding and welcome calls, and setting up new clients accurately on our systems, whilst liaising with the sales team to discuss customer feedback and service issues.
