THE ROLE:

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be at the core of delivering high-quality OH services to a varied workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing up to 5 case management referrals per day, with a strong focus on producing timely, detailed, and evidence-based reports
- Conducting health surveillance assessments, ensuring ongoing compliance and proactive employee care
- Working primarily from the office, with occasional travel to other sites across South Yorkshire
- Collaborating with an experienced OH team to enhance service delivery, improve internal processes, and support continuous team development
