Ergonomia is well-established, both in domestic and international markets for the reliability and high quality of its services. We are seeking motivated and qualified Safety Officers / Consultants to join our team in Attica & Thessaloniki region and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices. The ideal candidate will support our clients by offering expert guidance on workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Greek legislation (Law 5239/2025). Key Responsibilities: Provide consultation on Occupational Health & Safety Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive measures to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and suggest corrective actions Contribute to training sessions and raise awareness on occupational risk prevention Qualifications: University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or equivalent field) Knowledge and application of Greek OHS legislation Prior experience in occupational safety roles is an asset Skillset: Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication skills in Greek (and English preferred) Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude We offer: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Opportunities for career advancement
