Package Details: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday – Flexible Working Hours)
Location: Nottingham (Regional role)

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Manager to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
  • Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Advisor.
  • A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
  • A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
  • A valid Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

You will undertake a range of services which include the following:

  • Manage team of OH Professionals
  • Support the OH business plan
  • Ensure clinical performance is met
  • Maintain local clinics to SEQOSH standards
  • Resolve complaints and full service delivery

My client provides Occupational Health services to a number of small, medium and multinational sized clients, dependent on the needs of the business these services may be required on other sites across West Midlands region.
