OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER – REGISTERED NURSE

Founded in 2012, HHS has an extensive client base that includes government agencies at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels, as well as private and public corporations, construction firms, and oil & gas operators. Our service portfolio includes mobile testing, clinic assessments, staffing, and emergency response, supported by a growing national and U.S. clinic network.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Health Manager (Registered Nurse) with a business and growth mindset. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Health & Wellness Manager to oversee service delivery and drive operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Active registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, with strong exposure to both hospital and industrial settings
• Previous occupational health experience and/or disability case management in high-risk industries considered an asset
• Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation, Workers’ Compensation regulations, and Canada Labour Code
• Experience using SAP Ariba, Power BI, EMR systems, and Microsoft 365 Suite
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening and criminal background check
