REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (no restrictions).
  • Minimum 6 months UK-based work experience.
  • Driving license (with car allowance!).
  • Proven experience in patient care within an occupational setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

We are seeking an associate/ad hoc Occupational Health Nurse - Aberdeen, to join our team at PAM Group Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality occupational health services, ensuring the wellbeing of employees while contributing to our mission of fostering a healthy work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.
  • Provide advice on workplace health issues and promote wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement health programs tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee health data and interventions.
  • Collaborate with management to identify health risks and recommend solutions.
  • Educate employees on occupational health practices and safety standards.
  • Shifts will be as required/available April- September for O&G Shutdown season, Weekdays, evenings and weekend work available
  • Conducting Oil & Gas medicals
  • You will be given a minimum of x1 8 hour shift per month, this could be more.
