Responsibilities  * Conducting nursing care at North Mara Mine Clinic * Conduct daily patient triage and ensure smooth attendance at the clinic. * Administering medicines, injections and vaccinations as prescribed by the doctor. * Assisting in conducting investigations i.e., audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening during medical check-ups. * Conducting routine inspections of clinic/ ambulance equipment. * Maintaining employees’ medical records. * Conducting the return-to-work program following work-related injuries or a period of prolonged ill-health. * Assessing the work environment for potential health and safety hazard.  * Delivering a range of health and safety related training programs including Site Induction. * Participating in meetings, and health promotion activities; and delivery of awareness sessions. * Implementing health initiatives/programs e.g., PHE scheme, First Aid, HIV/AIDS Workplace program, Malaria etc. * Keeping up to date with legal and professional changes associated with Public Health and Occupational Health and Safety   Qualification requirements * Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution,  Experience and competencies needed. * 2-3 years, working in a Mining Industry will be an added advantage What We Can Offer You * A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and site-specific benefits. * The ability to make a difference and lasting impact. * Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team. * Opportunities to grow and learn with the industry colleagues are endless. * Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization.
