Job Description Summary Responsible for providing on-site emergency care, acute injury care and case management for health-related issues, work related and non-work-related injuries and illness. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Will be responsible for providing direct on site occupational health nursing to a specific site and remote guidance to field service colleagues as authorized by Federal/Local laws and under the direction of senior clinical management (GEHC medical director and nurse manager) Will be responsible for being a champion of positive and healthy work culture and deliver on projects at the site or regional level in health promotion initiatives in partnership with Benefits, EHS and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Valid state RN licensure and Basic Life Support certified At least three years independent clinical experience in primary care or urgent care setting Proficient in basic emergency response per BLS requirements, administering vaccinations and phlebotomy. Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and web-based systems/programs and electronic medical record systems. Preferred Qualifications Prior occupational medicine or emergency room/family practice related work experience Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential and knowledge of FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and OSHA regulations Desired Characteristics Strong willingness to learn and keep up with pace of business needs and integration of AI into workflows. Must have strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent working relationships with community leaders, other clinical personnel, and employees up, down, and across the organization. Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
