About the Role: The role is responsible for delivering high-quality on-site medical and emergency care in accordance with International SOS clinical guidelines. This includes immediate emergency response, patient assessment and treatment, clinic operations, and coordination with local medical providers. The position also ensures full compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards while supporting medical education, evacuations, and broader organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary and emergency medical care, including CPR and first aid, and manage early recognition and treatment of injuries or illnesses. Operate and maintain on-site medical facilities in line with International SOS standards. Coordinate with local hospitals, suppliers, and agencies to support clinical services. Promote and comply with OH&S policies, training, and safe work practices. Educate staff on medical matters and support medical evacuations as needed. Uphold International SOS policies, values, and continuous improvement initiatives, including occasional support for clinics in other locations.
