Te Tūranga /About the Role:  Silver Fern Farms Te Aroha is recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to join their team. This role is responsible for providing occupational health services, including first line injury treatment, rehabilitation and injury management, and health monitoring, to managers and staff, to ensure that short term injured employees are rehabilitated back to full health as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will also follow set procedures as agreed under the accredited employer programme with ACC, ensuring legislative and company policy and procedures are adhered to. Your previous experience means that you can understand and translate the jargon.  Your days will vary depending on the needs of staff, but your approachable but firm nature will stay the same regardless of the tasks.  This role reports into the Streamline Coordinator and is Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 5pm, we can be flexible for the right candidate. Ōu Pūkenga /About You:  * Registered Nurse or registered Comprehensive Nurse or Registered Enrolled Nurse * Experience in administration and tech savvy * Enjoy problem solving and tackle challenges with a positive mindset * Great communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrated knowledge of the legal and legislative compliance conditions and issues Your previous experience in nursing is essential. You know that being reliable, honest and able to communicate with people from all walks of life are non-negotiable attributes for a position like this.
