This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our workforce. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, providing expert medical guidance, and contributing to a healthy and productive work environment. This role offers the flexibility of a consultancy while allowing you to make a significant impact on employee well-being within a leading global semiconductor company. We are offering flexible work arrangements: Part-time: Available at our Alabang site from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Full-time: Available at our Paranaque site from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): Provide expert medical consultation and guidance on occupational health matters. Conduct medical examinations and assessments relevant to occupational health and safety. Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees. Manage and oversee medical surveillance programs as required by regulations. Provide medical advice on workplace injuries and illnesses, including return-to-work programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health laws and regulations. Collaborate with the Human Resources and Health & Safety teams on workplace health initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Offer training and education on health-related topics to employees and management. Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills): Licensure: Must have passed the Physician Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Examiners for Physicians. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines. Training in Occupational Medicine: Preferably a graduate of a training course in occupational medicine conducted by: The Bureau of Working Conditions, The Institute of Public Health of the University of the Philippines, or Any accredited organization. Experience: Experience is not necessary, as long as you are open to being trained in occupational medicine. Attributes: Strong commitment to promoting employee health and safety. Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills. Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
