Permanent FIFO role from Perth, 8/6, 4/3 roster with 6% site allowance Occupational Hygiene Advisor opportunity at Agnew Gold Mine Tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Science or related discipline   The Opportunity: You’ll play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our people by contributing to occupational hygiene programs across site.   Working closely with leaders and operational teams, you’ll provide technical support, assist in exposure monitoring, and help embed practical hygiene standards aligned to Gold Fields’ Strategy.   This is a great opportunity to build your capability in occupational hygiene while contributing to proactive risk management and continuous improvement across site.   Why You’ll Love Working for Us Family-friendly roster supporting work-life balance 6% Site Allowance & Private Health Insurance Allowance Quarterly bonus scheme to recognise your contributions $10,000 employee referral program Employee Assistance Program & long service leave pro-rata after 5 years   What You’ll Do Support implementation of the Gold Fields Occupational Health Standard and site Health Management Plan   Conduct and support monitoring programs (dust, noise, vibration, hazardous substances, water) Assist with health-related incident investigations and risk assessments Contribute to the Occupational Health Monitoring Program Provide practical advice to leaders on exposure risks and controls Analyse data and support identification of trends and improvements Assist with compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Build hygiene awareness across site through coaching and engagement   What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Health Science, Environmental Health or similar Mine Air Quality Officer and Noise Officer certification are desirable Experience in Occupational Hygiene roles (mining or heavy industry experience preferable) Understanding of WA legislation and workplace exposure standards Membership (or working toward) of the AIOH highly regarded Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships on site A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop relationships   About Gold Fields At Gold Fields, we believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and growth.
