What You Can Expect: Carrying out both conformity assessments according to ISO 45001 within the scope of local rules and regulations, Daimler Truck AG standards, and studies to ensure compliance Implementing, disseminating, and executing ISO 45001 OHS Management Systems requirements Organizing and reporting the periodic OHS board meeting Following related regulations updates. Take periodic measures to OHS Management Systems Performance and report to the top management. Making suggestions, planning actions, and reporting to the employer on these issues to the identification of hazards in the workplace and risk assessments, eliminate hazards and control risks Provide evaluation internal and external OHS audits to arrange and resolve nonconformities Organize and manage awareness training within the scope of ISO 45001 OHSMS and according to risk assessment, contributing to the monitoring of training effectiveness Organize and manage induction/periodic OHS training according to the regulations. Root cause analysis of occupational accidents and reporting. Monitoring and preparation of occupational safety KPIs and reporting before the deadline Determination of annual budget of expenditures to be made for OHS activities, to create and follow the investment plans Evaluating risks of process and equipment during their acceptance processes That’s Why You Are a Match: Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum five years of experience as Occupational Safety Specialist B class Occupational Safety Specialist (preferred A class certificate, also NEBOSH, IOSH) Fluent in English (or German) MS Office applications Experienced in Software, Digitalization, and World Class Manufacturing Projects ISO 45001 Internal Auditor At Mercedes-Benz Türk, we support diversity and advocate an equitable and inclusive corporate culture. Responsibilities also include organizing OHS training, conducting risk assessments, and reporting on OHS management system performance.
