Adaptive Home Therapy, Inc. is looking to add an elite occupational therapist to our “All-Star” team of clinicians. Functional Outcome-Driven Treatments and Flexibility - you may provide interesting and effective physical therapy treatments at the grocery store, in the mall, or even on the boardwalk. Our physical therapists will be given autonomy highlighted by the empowerment to make their own clinical decisions and treatment schedules. High ethical standards trump high corporate productivity standards. Our clinicians use outcome-based assessment tools for their functional, one-on-one, treatments, and are given streamlined computer documentation systems for optimal time management. Our rehab team is allotted time to partake in an interdisciplinary caseload report important for maximizing our interdisciplinary care approach.
No Homecare Experience, No Problem! We will provide ongoing mentorship and education by one of the best geriatric therapist specialists in the Jersey Shore area. In most home care agencies, you are alone and blindly “dispatched” to locations. However, at AHT, you are continuously supported, mentored, and not left alone on a “clinical island.” We will help our newer clinicians bridge the gap to home care from their past careers in skilled nursing or traditional outpatient settings.
