How you’ll make an impact in this role Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive deficits to restore independence and improve their overall quality of life. Design and implement personalized care plans using advanced modalities to ensure every patient receives the most effective path to recovery. Educate and empower families and caregivers by providing the tools and knowledge necessary for a safe and successful transition back to the home environment. Collaborate and lead the clinical team by overseeing therapy assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of evidence-based practice. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree required.
