More about our team Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital is 40-bed, state of the art facility located in Lynnwood, WA. We proudly serve the Puget Sound area. What we're looking for We are looking for a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! What you will do in this role · Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs · Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records · Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements · Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition · Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws · Other duties as assigned Qualifications · Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) · Graduate of an accredited American Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree · Current and valid state AOTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered · Inpatient experience preferred · BLS Certification WAGE: $35 - $49 per hour Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
