As such our Occupational Therapists play a critical role in supporting people to develop creative and innovative solutions to meet the outcomes they want to achieve. As an OT within our teams, you will work with Social Workers and Social Care Assessors to promote wellbeing and independence by completing complex occupational therapy assessments, proportionate support plans and by using specialist equipment, adaptations, skills gain and risk management programmes.
