Do you want to practice in a supportive setting where therapy extends beyond the clinic and connects directly to the daily lives of children, youth, and adults? Since 2000, the CES Occupational Therapy Center has been a dedicated resource for the Pioneer Valley community. We are seeking a dedicated OT to join our experienced and committed team three days/week, with the potential to add an additional day based on caseload. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your work will focus on personalized treatment in a safe, playful environment equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Degree: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited College or University. * Licensure: Current Massachusetts Licensed Occupational Therapist and certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). * Expertise: Strong knowledge base related to sensory processing disorders, evaluation, and treatment. * Experience (Highly Preferred): A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pediatrics and developmental disabilities. * Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle/transportation. PREFERRED TRAINING Training in specialized therapeutic programs is a significant asset! Ideal candidates will have experience with programs like: * The Wilbarger Approach for Sensory Defensiveness * Zones of Regulation * Powerful You * Astronaut Training Program * Therapeutic Listening TIMELINE * Hiring Team will begin to review resumes immediately * Anticipated Start Date: December 1, 2025 ---------------------------------------- TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT * Schedule: Part-time, 21 hours/week, aligned with the school year calendar (approximately August/September - June). The OTC offers a holistic, trauma-informed approach to occupational therapy that connects therapy with the settings and tasks encountered in daily life. Our therapeutic space offers state-of-the-art equipment and a safe, playful environment with personalized treatment opportunities. We provide evaluation and treatment for children, youth, and adults, with a specialization in sensory integration. Sessions may also address self-regulation, gross and fine motor skill development, visual perception and daily living skills.
