We’re currently seeking a Community-Based Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne team, supporting older adults in the Bundoora region. This part-time role (3–4 days per week) offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build strong, meaningful client relationships.

• Deliver in-home and community-based assessments and interventions
• Develop tailored support plans alongside our Senior Health Practitioner
• Promote independence, function, and self-management for people aged 65+
• Collaborate with families, support teams, and care professionals
• Travel locally within the Bundoora area
