Job Details: - Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for residents to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving residents' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care. - Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with all regulatory and facility standards. - Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of a diverse senior population. Skills and Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. - Proven experience working with senior populations in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. - Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and documentation standards. - Flexibility to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.
