Requirements What We’re Looking For: · Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program · Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility) · CPR certification (or ability to obtain) · SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required · Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans while providing therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and safety. They will also communicate progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families.
