Position Summary: Reporting to a Clinical Manager within the Program, the ideal candidate will be focused on providing patient centered care and will be given the opportunity to deliver care with compassion, excellence and courage. Job Description: Providing occupational therapy coverage for the Program across sites as assigned (e.g. coverage on weekends, statutory holiday coverage, during planned and unplanned absences) Planning and directing occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment and evaluation Facilitating appropriate care planning with the inter-professional team to support seamless transitions for our patients Practicing in compliance with legislation, hospital policies and procedures, professional regulatory standards and occupational therapy best practices Supporting and participating in the development of program and unit-level objectives, policies, procedures and quality assurance programs Completing workload measurement reporting within a timely manner Required Qualifications: THP is committed to internal talent, and therefore priority will be given to internal applicants. Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy coverage across assigned sites, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation. They will facilitate care planning with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
