Sask., i.e: Cypress Health Region, Five Hills Health Region, Sun Country Health Region, Sunrise Health Region and Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. Position functions include testing and evaluating patients' physical and mental abilities, analyzing medical data to determine realistic goals for the patient, selecting activities that will help patients learn work and life-management skills within the limits of their mental and physical capabilities. This is done through collaboration with the family, caregivers, and other allied professionals. The incumbent liaises with other services in the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region and in the other four health regions, with the collective objective of providing the right service at the right time and in the right place. The position reports directly to the Director, Geriatric Services.
