CLINICAL SERVICES

• Utilize appropriate assessment tools to identify students’ occupational therapy needs and conduct comprehensive OT-related assessments.
• Collaboratively develop individualized intervention plans based on identified needs, in partnership with students, families, and the school team.
• Manage caseloads effectively, delivering evidence-based interventions through individual sessions, group work, and consultation with teachers, families, or external professionals as needed.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of therapy outcomes to ensure effectiveness and guide necessary adjustments.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and communications with families and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Head of Student Support and school leadership to develop and implement clinical protocols and service delivery guidelines.
• Contribute to curriculum and programme development in key OT domains such as sensory regulation, handwriting, physical development, activities of daily living (ADLs), and vocational skills.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments as part of the school admissions process.
• Apply relevant assessment tools to support and recommend access arrangements for national examinations, when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Hold a valid practising certificate with full registration under the AHPC.
