POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assess client needs, design personalized therapy plans, and deliver effective interventions that help individuals improve daily living, motor, and cognitive skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients in improving sensory, motor, cognitive, and daily living skills.
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and evidence-based practices.
