We work with athletes, active individuals, and those recovering from injuries to help them restore function, reduce pain, and optimize performance. Our collaborative team includes athletic therapists, massage therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients of all ages to promote recovery, independence, and functional ability after injury, illness, or disability. You will be part of a supportive environment where collaboration and client-centered care are priorities.

QUALIFICATION

  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM)

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients’ functional abilities, occupational performance, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ goals and functional requirements.
  • Utilize therapeutic interventions, adaptive techniques, and equipment recommendations to improve independence.
  • Provide education to clients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and safe return-to-activity planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure integrated and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and clinic policies.
  • Participate in continuing education and clinic initiatives to support professional growth and quality care delivery.
