MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a senior Occupational Therapist at Crescent Respite, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of assessments and interventions, including mental, physical, psychosocial and forensic assessments, functional capacity assessments, sensory and cognitive assessments, and capacity building to foster independence.
You will also be responsible for training staff, conducting manual handling assessments and reports, and recommending assistive technology and home modifications. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive housing assessments and reports for various accommodation options such as ILO, SIL, and SDA. Your expertise will ensure that participants receive personalised, effective support tailored to their unique needs.
