Sage West is NOW HIRING for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team!! We are offering SIGN ON BONUSES and RETENTION BONUSES!! Looking to move to the area.... no problem we also offer RELOCATION and HOUSING BONUSES!! In this role you will: Provides occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain skills needed for daily living and working. Evaluates and re-evaluates patients and modifies treatment and plan of care as indicated by change in patient status. Maintains patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the department. Works well with other disciplines to achieve the interdisciplinary goals of the patient. Completes all required documentation in a timely manner. During Care conferences, discusses patient progress and time line for discharge based on team, patient and family input. Communicates with discharge planner during care conferences patient needs for discharge. Completes and forwards letters to physician after evaluation, 90 day re-evaluation, and at discharge. Recognizes signs of abuse and neglect and takes appropriate action. You will bring: Master of Occupational Therapy. Current Occupational Therapy License in the State of Wyoming Current Drivers License Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
