Description Provide occupational therapy treatments including orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological and wound care following the state and federal guidelines established for occupational therapy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s and doctorate preferred. Minimum two years experience including inpatient and outpatient. Maintain CPR certification. Current Occupational Therapist license Works within Scope of Practice, as appropriate. Knowledge of treatment and safety practices. Ability to manage a challenging work environment related to changing patient needs, including work with staff, peers, physicians as well as patients with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes, and those who are dying. Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
