Occupational Therapist Needed for Full-Time Role Location: Princeton, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position focused on helping patients improve functional ability in everyday life. You’ll work with individuals who need support with movement, coordination, self-care, and routine tasks, using treatment plans that are practical, goal-driven, and tailored to each patient’s needs. Responsibilities: Evaluate functional limitations and patient goals Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide therapy sessions that build independence and daily living skills Support patients with exercises and activities that improve coordination and function Educate family members and caregivers on patient support techniques Track progress and revise treatment methods when needed Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey NBCOT certification required Prior clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a role where your work can make everyday life easier for patients, we’d love to hear from you.
