Occupational Therapist | Full-Time Location: New Brunswick, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys practical, patient-centered care. In this position, you’ll help individuals build or regain the skills they need for everyday routines, from self-care to mobility and functional movement. The role is ideal for someone who values structured weekday hours and wants to be part of a team focused on steady, measurable progress. Responsibilities: Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals Deliver therapy sessions that improve function in daily activities Support patients with fine motor, sensory, and coordination challenges Educate caregivers and families on treatment strategies and home support Track outcomes and update care plans based on patient response Maintain complete clinical records and progress notes Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey NBCOT certification required Prior clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a role where your work can make everyday life easier for patients, we’d love to hear from you.
