Full-Time Occupational Therapist Location: New Brunswick, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who can help patients build, restore, or maintain the skills needed to function more independently. You will work directly with individuals facing physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges and provide treatment that supports meaningful progress in daily routines, self-care, and mobility. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs through observation, testing, and clinical evaluation Create treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and patient-specific Deliver one-on-one occupational therapy services Help patients improve fine motor skills, coordination, and daily task performance Recommend adaptive tools or modifications to support safety and function Document services, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support overall patient care Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Current NBCOT certification Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role where your work has a clear impact every day, we’d like to connect with you.
