Occupational Therapist | Full-Time Opportunity Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve the skills they need for day-to-day life. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy that supports independence, safety, and progress. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys practical, patient-focused work and values steady collaboration with a clinical team. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Educate patients and family members on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate clinical records Communicate with physicians and other healthcare staff regarding treatment progress Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Current NBCOT certification Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role where your work has a clear impact every day, we’d like to connect with you.
Responsibilities
