Occupational Therapist Opening Location: Bridgewater, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time weekday role focused on helping patients improve daily function and long-term independence. You will assess limitations, identify treatment priorities, and provide therapy that supports better performance in everyday activities at home, work, or in the community. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations Develop individualized care plans based on functional goals Provide occupational therapy interventions for daily living, motor skills, and adaptive functioning Measure progress and update treatment plans when needed Instruct patients on exercises, routines, and tools that support recovery and independence Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge planning clearly Work closely with the care team to support coordinated treatment Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Current NBCOT certification Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role where your work has a clear impact every day, we’d like to connect with you.
