We’re Hiring an Occupational Therapist Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to manage daily tasks and function more independently. This role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy that supports practical progress in everyday living. You’ll work closely with patients and the care team to create meaningful outcomes that improve safety, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities Create treatment plans based on individual needs and goals Provide occupational therapy services that support daily living skills and independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed Teach patients and family members how to continue progress outside of sessions Recommend adaptive tools, techniques, or equipment when appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey NBCOT certification required Prior clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a role where your work can make everyday life easier for patients, we’d love to hear from you.
