Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist Location: North Brunswick Township, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide hands-on care that helps patients manage everyday tasks more effectively. This role includes evaluating patient function, addressing barriers to independence, and delivering therapy that improves quality of life in practical, measurable ways. Responsibilities: Perform occupational therapy evaluations and identify functional goals Design and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient Provide interventions that support self-care, daily routines, strength, and coordination Monitor outcomes and revise treatment plans based on patient response Teach patients and caregivers techniques to support progress outside of sessions Maintain complete and accurate documentation in a timely manner Coordinate care with providers and other rehabilitation professionals Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Current NBCOT certification Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role where your work has a clear impact every day, we’d like to connect with you.
