We’re Seeking an Occupational Therapist | Full-Time Location: Hillsborough, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team focused on practical care and steady patient outcomes. In this role, you will help individuals strengthen the skills needed for everyday living, from self-care tasks to mobility and coordination. The work is hands-on, goal-oriented, and centered on helping patients function more safely and independently. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient abilities and identify areas that need support or improvement Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Deliver therapy sessions that improve daily living skills and overall function Recommend adaptive methods or equipment when appropriate Review patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed Keep documentation complete, accurate, and up to date Partner with healthcare staff and caregivers to support continuity of care Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Current NBCOT certification Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role where your work has a clear impact every day, we’d like to connect with you.
