About The Role As an Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing Clinical Care & Practice Team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to people within the community. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting clear care goals, and providing treatment and intervention. This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based). You will deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). This is a Permanent Full-time role that is based in Hammondville, NSW and looks after our clients living in the Inner West Sydney area. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings, or both. You’re a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
