YOUR ROLE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Occupational Therapist’s scope of practice. Including: - Provide evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients across ADL, IADL, and functional participation domains. - Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to sensory processing, fine motor, motor planning, emotional regulation, feeding, and daily life skills. - Guide OTA teammates and elevate the entire treatment team with your expertise. - Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover into real environments. - Develop care plans that prioritize independence, safety, and long-term functional outcomes. - Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others! Requirements WHO YOU ARE Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current NBCOT certification Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky CPR & First Aid certification. Pass background check. Valid driver's license. Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid.
