Job Type: Per Diem Location: Port Washington & surrounding towns Pay: $65-$85 per visit (can choose either W2 or 1099) What You'll Be Doing: Provide 1:1 treatment Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients. Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention. Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients. Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit. What We Offer! NY Occupational Therapy License or eligible. Ability to travel to and from the homes of your patients throughout your given territory.
