    We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Bolton Clarke Home & Community team based in Parramatta, supporting clients across Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home based assessments including all areas of activities (daily living, mobility and home safety).
  • A focus on falls prevention and contribute to the continuous improvement to the overall program.
  • Develop care plans in consultation with the resident and their family to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care for each and every client.
  • Work to foster productive working relationships with relevant government departments, hospitals, key providers and other specialist providers including network with occupational therapy services and other practitioners within the region.
  • Previous relevant experience within an Aged or Community care environment.
  • Strong understanding of all relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines relevant to the Aged Care sector.
    The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, documentation and customer service skills, experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting is highly desirable.
