Job Type: Per Diem Location: Oceanside/Long Beach region Pay: $65-$85 per visit (can choose either W2 or 1099) What You'll Be Doing: Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting Develop and update individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required) Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area What We Offer!
