If you’re passionate about helping patients regain independence in their homes, we want to hear from you! Plainview / Hicksville Region | $85k–$95k | Homecare What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting Develop and update individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required) Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area What We Offer!
