Duties: * Performs accurate and comprehensive assessments so patients are safe and happy. * Obtains physician orders for certification and recertification of home occupational therapy services * Coordinates care planning and delivery with the physician and other healthcare team members and agency staff to facilitate optimal patient outcomes. * Utilizes appropriate pain management modalities that include, but are not limited to, occupational therapy modalities. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Current Occupational Therapy license. * Two years of skilled home health experience. * Three years of healthcare experience. * Four years of Occupational Therapy experience.
