Description
Kinetic Edge Physical Therapy is a unique place with exceptional therapy professionals. Our company is well-established (founded in 1998) and continues to steadily grow because of our commitment to transforming lives and restoring hope through movement. Our combination of insurance-covered care and cash-based programs has created stability and strength. We currently have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) to work on a full-time basis in our OUTPATIENT PEDIATRIC/ORTHO CLINIC in scenic Pella, Iowa. The OT clients we serve in these clinics primarily include pediatrics clients with sensorimotor processing challenges, and the demand for these services means that this position can be limited to serving only pediatric clients. However, for those who may be interested in variety, it could also be a combined position that includes working with an orthopedic clientele that serves people of all ages with a variety of upper extremity orthopedic dysfunctions. Excellent mentorship from a highly skilled, well respected, and experienced occupational therapy team is a valuable feature of this position. Kinetic Edge commits itself to the following: • Continuity of care – our treatments are very personal and provided by one provider or a close-knit team • Active treatments – our focus is on neuromuscular activities, functional enhancement, and manual skills, not passive modalities • Autonomy of practice – our therapist schedules are flexible to allow for a comfortable work/family balance • A lifetime of learning – we provide ample opportunities for continuing education, advanced education enhancement programs, and encourage unique skill development • The platinum rule – we treat others better than we expect to be treated Our benefits allow you to grow professionally and clinically with: • Competitive salary with bonus-earning potential • Tuition reduction options • Generous paid time off package • Generous CEU & advanced education benefits • 401(k) plan • Health savings account, flexible spending accounts, and dependent care accounts • Dental and vision plan options • Company paid disability (with at least 30 work hours per week) and malpractice insurance plans • Company paid national and state association memberships to stay involved and active in your profession Join the team that exists outside the box and supports providers with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to do things differently than the norm. If you want to do what's best for your clients without being micromanaged, Kinetic Edge may be right for you. If you desire to work for a team that is committed to ensuring autonomy, mastery, and purpose, then look no further.
