WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Complete OT Assessment including Functional Capacity assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology assessment and prescriptions
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement
