THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-clinic sessions, mobile visits and telehealth. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including adults and older adults, supporting functional independence, participation, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions both in-clinic and in clients’ homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Engage with families, carers, and support networks to maximise client outcomes.
