Annual Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Full-Time; based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model, including Fee for Service, is available)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Synergy Health Centre clinic in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and mental health clinicians. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a new graduate, we provide the mentorship and support to help you succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct client assessments - physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive functioning within the outpatient rehabilitation work setting and/or in the community.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to support recovery and return to work.
• Manage a dynamic caseload with the support of your team.
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate across disciplines.
