Job Description Looking for structured supervision, mentoring and CPD opportunities, we've got you! Our purpose is to help our participants get more out of life today! Based in Broadmeadow, you'll provide support to NDIS participants living across the broader Newcastle, Hunter and Maitland region (depending on where you live) whilst working in a diverse team of Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist and Behavior Support Practitioners. You'll support participants in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space. We offer an environment to learn and grow together, you'll have access to weekly supervision with your team leader, discipline specific team meetings, team building events, and regular CPD. Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance As you support many, we support you!
