You will collaborate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and insurers to deliver evidence-based, goal oriented interventions.We are flexible in being able to offer casual hours based on your availability.Every day is different but each day you will have the opportunity to assist people to return to wellness, work and ultimately experience an improved quality of life. Some of your day to day includes:Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence.Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.Identify suitable equipment and service providers, including attendance to equipment trials where indicated.Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and safe task performance. Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice. We offer excellent on-the-job training, travel reimbursements, professional development opportunities and support.
